Born in 2008, South Hemsworth is a fictional mainline terminus station off the East Coact Main Line. Set in late 1980/early 1981, the layout is home to the famous Deltic locomotives and a huge array of other locos from the period. The layout features a medium sized diesel depot and a cement terminal which recieves regular traffic.

A house move in 2011 meant South Hemsworth was to be re-housed in a double garage. There followed a 6' extension in width and a re-design of the yard and depot. This is the gallery of the progress since 2011
